BUYER/USER submit to decision of Bank Card publishers and acquirers on the Card Payment Status and if the Amount was Declined or Refunded from Banks party, that the BUYER/USER will admit and comply to the ruling, with no reservations or hesitation, and will not pursue for any attempts in legal system

Seller/Vendor Agreement
Seller/Vendor declare that
1. Upon creating Login Account, the individual express interest to sell Products/ Services on website/platform of our company
2. The company had the Rights to grant access to become Seller/Vendor and can review the Decision along the time and may terminate the account access if the Seller/vendor individual violate the Law
3. Seller/Vendor is responsible for the Products and Services offered; and will be subject to the Trade Copyright Law, Commerce Law (Hukum Niaga) and agreed to release website owner from any Legal responsibilty from the Seller/Vendor uploaded Product and Services.
4. Seller/Vendor can only sell Products or Services allowed by the Country Law of Commerce and subject to Civil Code Law
5. Seller/Vendor is responsible to deliver the Products and Services that they offered personally uploaded to Product catalog as per Order Received and Fully Paid by buyers. Seller guarantee the product condition and specifications are as per what the seller/vendor had input in the Product Catalog.

On becoming Seller.Vendor in this website platform, Seller had agreed to use this website/platform system to Generate Invoice but acknowledge that the Invoice generated by the system herein will be from the Seller/Vendor entity by Legal point of view; seller/vendor recognize the Invoice generated by the system herein belong to the Seller/Vendor in Tax law
7. On becoming Seller.Vendor in this website platform, Seller/Vendor had agreed to pay all Taxes relevant to the Order Received, paid in Full and Completed.
8. On becoming Seller.Vendor in this website platform, Seller/Vendor had agreed to be deducted with Commission and Fees from the Website Owner
